Self care isn't selfish.
Self-care is so important.
When you take the time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow.
Self care isn’t all about massages, facials, hot tubs and bubble baths. These things are nice treats but self care starts with an intention - “I am enough”, “I am worthy”, “I serve, I deserve”…
I’m worthy of some “me time”, I’m worthy of some of the kindness and love that I give to everyone else.
