Standard UK £3.00 for postage & packaging. Delivery should be to you within 3 to 5 working days. We will try and get it to you much quicker though.
Everything will be nicely wrapped up and prices removed whether it's a gift for yourself or someone equally as special x x

We will deliver your order straight away if it is already created. If any items are handmade to order and we will advise you and aim to dispatch them to you within 14 days of receiving payment. We will contact you to let you know if we have work to do on your purchases therefore delaying your delivery. |

Returns Policy Our wish is for all customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases, however if you are unhappy with your goods then please return them to us in perfect unused/unworn condition with swing tickets or labels within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a recorded or insured delivery as we do not accept responsibility for returned items until they reach us. This way we can trace them if they do get lost or delayed in the post.
Goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable.
Once your package has been returned to us we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may take additional days to process the transaction.

Naughty Jewellery While we love each and every piece of jewellery that we create, we know that some of them have little ideas of their own. Most of our pieces are happy to go to a very good home and be loved unconditionally be our fabulous customers.
However, there are just as in life some naughtily little fellas!! These pieces may be stunning and silent for some time and without warning, suddenly jump for the nearest door handle, hang onto your shopping bag or just explode spontaneously - for fun, sending beads flying everywhere.
While we can't control this moment of bead madness, we will do what we can to pick up the pieces (not literally because you probably live miles away!) but we will re-string or repair an item of Butterflies & Hurricanes jewellery where possible.
Goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge on the original order is non refundable, however we will return post the item free within the UK.

Looking after your T-Shirts WASHING: As your T shirt or vest is a hand painted or embellished item you should ideally hand wash in a coolish temperature.
TUMBLE DRYING: It is not recommended that you tumble dry any items as this could damage the decoration.
IRONING: This can be done on a cool temperature but you should avoid any decoration or cool iron on the reverse.
GLITTER: If your garments are decorated with glitter you should be aware that the glitter may come off slightly over time, washing and wearing.

Looking after your Costume Jewellery You should avoid contact with perfume & hair sprays and remove jewellery before bathing.
Please note that plating and charms may wear over time and take on a more antiqued look.
It is very important that you look after your jewellery purchases as they will give you unconditional love and make you feel even more special than you already are, if you can believe that is possible. xx
